Every item is handmade to order, due to the nature of product and the customization selected at time of purchase, We do not accept exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

Our handmade collars and accessories are not just fashionable, but made to the Highest Quality Standards. No returns will be accepted unless determined by Naughty paws to be a manufacturer defect. If so, please contact us at hello@naughtypawsus.com within 60 days of purchase, we do not accept returns on final sales.
